#1 Petition – Noteworthy on this document is the address of Sharon Huddle’s law practice. Address listed as 3600 American River Drive, Suite 145, Sacramento, CA 95864. 916-488-2034 This address is so very close to the Carmichael and Rancho Cordova attacks! Date of Marriage: 11/10/73. Date of Separation: 12/30/90. Respondent’s Social Security Number: (it’s in the document) Petitioner’s Social Security Number: (It’s in the document). Names and birth dates of children are listed in this document. Each child named is living with Petitioner. Property and assets to be declared at a later date. Signed Sharon M. Huddle, August 5, 1993.
#2 – Summons – Tells the respondent that he has 30 days to respond after Summons and Petition are served on him. No response ever filed. Name of Court is Placer County Superior Court, 101 Maple St., Auburn, CA. Sharon Huddle’s phone number on THIS document is listed as 916-773-8312, which is a Roseville phone number.
#3 Standard Restraining Orders – copied word for word in previous post
#4 Proof of Service of Summons – Noteworthy items: Delivered personally to Joseph J. DeAngelo at home, on 8/12/93 at 7:40 a.m. at 1202 Teal Court, Roseville, CA 95661. Signed Janet K. (cannot read last name – something like Gilata) not a registered process server.
#5 Notice of Hearing (this is to dismiss the case) Why is my case being dismissed: California Code of Civil Procedure says that a case shall be dismissed if it is not brought to trial within 5 years of filing. Your case was filed more than 5 years ago and no judgment has been entered. (more info on this document but it appears that the Placer County Court forced this issue) dated Feb. 10, 2006. This is probably the reason that she re-filed it again in 2006.
#6 Proof of Personal Service (dated 4/7/06). Noteworthy! Document signed by Deanna Huddle. Personally delivered to Joseph DeAngelo on 4/7/06 at 11:05 a.m. at 8316 Canyon Oak Drive, Citrus Heights, CA. Name and address of person who served this is: Deanna Huddle, 720 Sunrise Ave., Suite 220 A, Roseville, CA 95661 916-773-5100. It appears that Sharon’s sister was working for her at the Roseville location by then.
#7 Trial Minutes – Event Date: 4-24-06 Noteworthy! This document states 8:30 a.m. Case is called. All parties FAIL TO APPEAR! Case is dismissed. Judge Gene Gini
I love that you added an exclaimation point: “All parties FAIL TO APPEAR! ”
Generally speaking, when a case has been inactive that long, all parties fail to appear.
So where is the “DV prevention” restraining order? Was the docket indexed incorrectly, or is it in a sealed file?
