In my mind, the CPK is HIGHLY likely LE, and rangers are LE......
Right Cleo, the reason the Rangers gave for removing the clothes and going thru the car was they were trying to find out who the car belonged too. lol, this is laughable, when all they had to do was run the license plate number, not disturb what turned out to be a crime scene. The Rangers claimed that they thought the car was abandoned, but the car had only been on the Parkway for a few hours. Why did the Rangers jump to this conclusion so quickly? Then suggest the absurd theory of the kids going skinny dipping in 40 degree temps?
Did anyone investigating, at the time, ever ask the Rangers if it was common practice to enter someone's private property and remove personal items or ask if they had done this before?
The blatant attempts to hide the truth, destroy the crime scene & throw off the investigators in this case, shows what IMHO is a conspiracy by the Rangers to either hide their bumbling f-up's or to hide one or several of their own from being involved with these murders.
also the continued resistance by these former Rangers when now asked about the events of this case, they refuse to discuss it or answer any questions, why?
My theory----- "THEY HAVE SOMETHING OR SOMEONE TO HIDE."
Which gets me thinking of Cathy’s car. The rangers bashed in the back window. Whether they knew the girl’s had been murdered or not, it was still reckless. What if one of them was still alive? The broken glass would have entered open cuts and wounds. Plus, the rangers got finger prints all over the car and then destroyed the window that could have had a lot of prints.
Which got me thinking about Lollie and Julie. Their throats were slashed just like Cathy’s and Becky’s. Once again, in a National Park. Their car was never tagged for 7 whole days, and we know how anxious these ranger’s were to a zero in on “Abandoned” vehicles.
