Except a lot of people thought it was very possible he was a cop. Even very likely.
Disclaimer-these are my thoughts, they are not meant to be divisive or to impose my beliefs on anyone.
I guess there is one thing we could all agree upon..that we just don’t know what we don’t know. There have been reasons to believe just about everything that has been speculated on over the years. It turns out some are true and many are not. The good news is...the most important thing is...JJD has been identified and sits in the Sacramento County Jail. The process for justice has begun and I pray it sees JJD through the completion of a trial. I think we can agree that is the one thing we all strived and worked hard towards. Time will fill in the details some anxiously await. As for me, many of those details will satisfy my curiosity but will never be as important as his capture, identification and a trial.
I prefer to look at the glass half full and not half empty. I remember when Shelby wrote his book and some of the negative voices were criticizing him and I begged them to stop because it was my hope he would come on here and answer questions. Same thing now, is this going to be a welcoming board that will treat Paige with respect? I hope so and I hope she might come on here and answer questions for us.
I am thrilled with some of the new things that have come out. Bonnie painting a picture of DeAngelo that was so surprising and interesting. The gun being pointed at her and the idea that he was going to try to force her to marry him shows a level of thinking it's hard to comprehend. Hearing Julia in her own voice explaining how her and her mother spotted him with the German Shepherd on Merida Way and how it appears he had followed her and her mother home and was in their back yard. I wonder if she realizes what a close call she had.
I can hardly wait for the next installment.
