Q details two auto wrecking companies, the one owned by Sammy Cemo (after which the road is named) and the other the American River auto wrecking company, for which he doesn't provide any details of ownership. Sammy Cemo is himself too old to be Q's suspect, and looking at him in facebook photos he bears no resemblance to any of the EAR composites, but it is interesting Relentless if you read an interview conducted with Cemo here: www.bizjournals.com/sacramento/stories/2000/10/30/focus9.html?page=all, he talks about his "Sunrise developments" as well as other business adventures. Didn't such a phrase appear in the background noise to the phone call that you analysed? Interesting, it could be nothing though. I doubt Q would mention Cemo by name if his suspect is related to him. It seems more likely that his suspect was an employee of American river auto wreckers.
American river auto wreckers is associated with a Kenneth L Bogan and a Connie S Bogan, as we can tell from this page: www.corporationwiki.com/California/Rancho-Cordova/american-river-auto-wrecking-inc/40262697.aspx - Kenneth Bogan also owned Elk Grove auto dismantlers that was located in Rancho Cordova at the same time. Perhaps Q's suspect is a family link to the Bogan family? Maybe just an employee?
Did you say Elk Grove??
Player 2 has entered the game.
I have a POI who lived in Elk Grove from a totally TOTALLY different line of logic.
and its probably a completely different person.
But if it isn't I told you so lol.
