we can all say with certainty that autism does not cause homicidal activity ... but let's assume there's enough to say there's a higher proportion on the autism spectrum than average. what would cause that... hmmm, bullying, misunderstanding, intolerance, ignorance, and isn't that the real issue. does homosexuality cause suicide? no, but there's a higher proportional rate. some discourse can be difficult, even though no one means to imply things, just remember it's important to explore potential avenues which could see EAR identified.
We don't have to imply things. The data do. We really can't talk about it though Saund. You're right. Keep it on the down low, ya dig.
My question to you would be, do these killers actually have the syndrome? Is it a valid medical condition at all? Or, do parents take their misfit children to the doctor and expect a treatable diagnosis of which Asperger's is just vague and generalized enough to fit just about any depressed, shy, or socially awkward kid. Not that there aren't varying degrees of Autism. I merely question if these kids were actually afflicted.
One thing I can't talk about is bias and standardized testing. I can't talk about how I searched endlessly to find a single example of bias. One test question that could be understood by one group but for another group was inherently more difficult. Cause we are all equal, right? I couldn't find a single example. Then it occurred to me that the bias wasn't something on the actual tests but in the scores. The scores were consistently different amongst the groups tested. So, we must infer that the tests are biased based upon the scores alone and never even examine the test themselves for evidence of bias. One could point to socio-economic factors and say these tests are biased against poor people but poor people aren't typically as smart as the non-poor...so...that might be one reason why they are poor. It's PC semantics and willful blindness to the truth. I can't talk about how the guarantee of equality in America is not that we are all equal in ability but that we are guaranteed an equal opportunity. But I digress. Every voice is as valid and important as any other. We are all snowflakes.
