There was at least a couple dogs who did not cower. The one that comes to mind right now is the dog out for a walk who got away from his owner and ran into someone's backyard. The dog came out requiring stitches. This was earlier in the evening of an attack. It is speculated that EARONS was in that yard. If that was the case then I would assume that the dog had threatened him in some way and not cowering.Larry Crompton has said that he felt the 3 toed german shepherd was a red herring.
Maybe too much is made of dog's reactions to EAR but in general it seems strange.
Any angle to get a lead. Not LE so my time is pretty nominal in this case. 2500 miles away so any real research on the ground or finding a poi who others have not stumbled upon is very unlikely. Giving people or LE possible angles that have not been worked and are somewhat plausible is my goal here.
I often wonder about that dog who came out all bloody from the backyard. You are right there was very little reported on it. I know the owner was probably too upset to investigate or call LE due to the fact he needed to get the dog to the vet right away. It's like that every step of the way in this case, something substantial and interesting and then BAM! No more info. No follow up. Did the guy go back to the house and talk to the people who lived there? Did LE follow up with the vet to see what caused the need for stitches? Did they search that back yard? It truly would be a rabbit hole if the answers lead you continually to other things, but there are never any answers.
