March 1980 ear Investigator Bevins focuses on the Goleta "ons" and shares his theory that the "ear" may be "ear/ons." Others in Sac. disagree.

1980 Evidence Discarded
The Sacramento rape evidence is believed to have been discarded in the 80s. Ostensibly this occurred due to the expired statute of limitations on rape. However, the ons Maggiore murders, and VR/Snelling murder were potentially connected. This possibility was known in the 80s. The rape kits were evidence possibly related to 3 murders in 2 counties when they were discarded. "

Yeah, I understand that.  There was another part of the call where Melissa (the victim) realized she wasn't getting out and started to cry and asked the dispatcher, "I'm going to die, aren't I?" The dispatcher said no, to continue to pray and kept assuring her that she informed the fire lieutenant at the scene that she and her co-workers were trapped and that they needed help.  So I thought she handled that part of the call great.  But what got me is that you're an emergency line dispatcher.  You are going to deal with people who are trapped in fires.  I couldn't wrap my head around the fact that she told her to get up higher and away from the smoke.  If anything that's the one thing you should never tell a person who is in a fire  I learned in first grade that if there's a fire you stay close to the ground because the smoke rises.  Instructing Melissa to do that, in my opinion, was dumb.  The reason I mentioned this is because of the poster who said that the dispatcher, during the EAR's crime spree, told residents to throw out material that they found in the bushes of their homes.  Why would they tell them to throw out evidence? Again, isn't that the last thing that a dispatcher should tell someone to do? I can't explain it.  By the way, for those in the United States, I hope you all had a safe and enjoyable Fourth of July!

Well, I know for a fact that is who answers the phone and if they had called in on the emergency phone it would have been recorded.  I also know there was a personnel action taken against an employee ,who has rights and will not revealed due to laws protecting them. This anti-law Enforcement attacks at every corner are growing so predictable. If you think a single caller is sent straight to top of the food chain because of a claim of a bag found in a bushes and they turned around and said throw it away the one piece of evidence may aid in the apprehension of the EAR then your thinking is of warped toward LE wanted him to remain at large.  Do you really believe the Investigators told this citizen to throw it away? or is the story I just laid out, where a Dispatcher told them to throw it away, in a mistake where they were trying to get through the day and they received so many calls a day.
