I think Darghty is a very interesting POI ... We all gain weight as we get older . Haha .. I have at least ! There are plenty of high school seniors that are between 140-165 lbs and are over 200 lbs in their 60's

Ok I will say this from the info I have yes he's about 200 + lbs but yes his eyes are hazel more blue with green tints to them and he was skinny back in high school and when aressted because of a very large drug addiction and of multiple drugs at that he would rather do drugs then even spend time with his first wife

And another Darghty family member living smack dab in the middle of attacks #5, 14, and 20, and pretty close to #12 too. Of course, all 5 attacks are pretty close geographically.

Also, there is nothing on Phillip Darghty on Ancestry.com except his arrival in 1960 from France. There's more on his family. I'm just guessing, but from the siblings birth places, seems like Dad was USAF.

I am not sure that Verde Oaks existed at the time of the Gold Run attack.  I know that as of 1974, housing ended at Lancelot and Diablo all the way out to Roseville Road.  So Verde Oaks either didn't exist as of 1977, was in the process of being built or was a very recent development.  Which does fit in with EAR striking near new construction...

And yes he is out of jail and is running he "has found god" now and has a new girlfriend or something I am not happy by any means that man need to stay in jail and that is coming from the finger tips of his only planed for son .....now I do know that I have 7 half siblings from all of this and they all do live in the area hes his father was a helicopter pilot and I think he just passed or his wife Betty did one of them is gone that I know for sure I try and avoid that side of my family entirely and one thing I have not read about is his shoes that he would wear during his attacks he had old tires cut to shape and attached to his work boots ...... if u have any other questions plz ask and I can clarify or what not
