Do you think it's likely, very possible, not going to be a sex offender or criminal out on parole? This guy is meticulous and has outsmarted the cops for years. If he was a ex-con, in the system, he likely would have been caught by now. A very high percentage of offenders in Ca, have already been tested against the earons DNA. That makes it more probable he is a non offender in the database. That is just fact.
Yes, we can continue to look at offenders that le may have overlooked, but that has gotten us nowhere. We can continue to look at yearbooks from towns related to the crimes or of suspected sex offenders that resemble earons, seems to all lead to dead ends.
Why can we not admit to ourselves that he could have easily traveled on the highways to his victims? All the attack locations are easily accessible to highways. We assume he is from California, originally. WHY? Can anyone answer that? Anyone can become familiar with a new area, anyone. Im prior service, moved several times. Within two months, my new home was familiar turf. Its hard to imagine if you haven't moved a lot.
Why would someone * in their own back yard? They wouldn't. They are smart. They don't want to get caught. He didn't get caught.
We speculate about his job. How many people worked under the table in the 70's? A lot! Especially men in their 20's and 30's. Do you think employers want to report these people to le? No, because it's the employers ass that is grass, if they did.
We assume that earons had a family and friends. That people would have noticed him gone at strange hours. What about a loner that moved from out of state? He would have easily kept off the radar, especially if he lived in, say Fairfield.
When you look at a situation from a different angle, you will see a different perspective. I believe that is what needs to happen here.
I think people are doing awesome research, creating tools that are key to help solve this case. The map is amazing and the fact that Morf can clear suspects so fast is beyond me.
Please open your minds to the possibilities I have mentioned above. This is one hell of a mystery and let's keep trying to get this SOB!
I still need to find out something that has never been truly answered 100%.
For criminals that want parole, and new criminals entering the system in California, DNA is collected and put into the system. Right or wrong?
Also, for criminals in prison that were arrested before mandatory DNA collection was implemented, are they tested in any way other than when they are given parole?
So, there are criminals in prison for mandatory DNA crimes that are not in the data base because they were incarcerated before the law was passed and they have not been granted parole. Is that correct to anyone's knowledge?
It seems to be that is the case, and EAR could very well be part of the system and his DNA is actually not in the data base.
