We need less speculation and more action.
Some posters here are in contact with LE. It is the duty of these people to inform LE of this woman's existence and her claims. One of the more active detectives who knows the case, like Holes, need to sit down with this woman. That needs to happen, in real life. This can't just be another one of those things that we forward to LE and then its "out of our hands", with some clueless field agent at the FBI dismissing it as a tip because they don't know the case or understand the potential significance of Mr.S. We also can't leave it just up to her. We need to facilitate this meeting and make sure that it happens, as this is one of the best leads in years.
Also for the people saying "well we can't prove that these are EAR's notebook pages!", I would say what relevance does that have? No, we can't prove it, but we also can't disprove it, and considering just how little solid evidence we have, we need to pursue everything we have until all leads are totally exhausted. The idea that we should just give up on the notebook because we don't have definitive ironclad evidence that it belonged to EAR is beyond insane, and it is irresponsible to be saying such things on this forum. If it is real, and is the result of EAR accidentally dropping it, then it is the hardest, best evidence that we have, by far.
So I would ask that anyone reading this who is in contact with LE please try to put them in contact with this woman. Also, what we can be doing here is seeing if we can find the alumni list for Mr.S 6th grade class between 1965 and 1973. Then meticulously work through that list of names and cross reference their work and location history to see if we can find likely POIs. That's what we need to be doing right now, not endlessly speculating or arguing about nonsense.
this is great news, dr.doogie! Keep up the great work!
