He outran Sacramento's fastest cop. He ran down the tops of fence lines (balance); he was on rooftops occasionally (again, balance).
He was extremely fast on a bike.
He avoided hand-to-hand combat. Even the victim called "Rose" thought she 'could have taken him if it weren't for the gun.' He does not appear to have been extremely strong, but he was definitely agile, fast, and athletic.
I agree that he was under 35 in Sac. And I believe that LE may have ruled him out early on because they were looking for someone who "looked like a rapist." He looked like a 17 year old. Based on witness reports-and there were few-he was young or may have looked younger than he was.
He was also prone to disguising his voice with stupid accents and hissing. But when he did speak, he occasionally bragged like an immature idiot. I don't believe that was fake. I think the bragging would have made him stand out publicly as moronically immature.
I know this thread is not asking about ears bragging, but since you brought it up I'd like to comment. I think there is a good chance it was fake. A crying bragging mommys boy with a stutter shouldn't have been too difficult to find. I personally think he may have faked most, if not all, of it.
The possibility definitely exists that he was only "awe inspiringly fit and athletic" on the internet and after the fact versus being more standard issue fit and athletic during the crime series. Greg Sanchez was a fairly big guy and EAR/ONS was considerably smaller by weight and height. If EAR/ONS was able to get the upper hand in an apparent tussle, was that the "awe-inspiring" physical qualities, the gun, luck, the dark, or something else?? How does that juxtapose against the Sac victim mentioned who felt she could take him if he didn't have the gun?? Could it be that he was trying to control her more than beat the hell out of her where there wasn't that option with Sanchez?? IDK, to me, that's the kind of "relative" argument that might be part of the picture when discussing his physical abilities.
