I was wondering why it took so long for the victim to run out of her house and get to the front lawn.
When Los got back from chasing the EAR - after starting his car, which stalled at first, made a U turn and drove down Queen Anne, turned onto Kellog where he drove a few blocks until he spotted the EAR in his headlights on Patricio Drive where he then turned, causing the EAR to throw his bike and the kitchen knife, and jump a fence between two houses.....at which point Los realized the cops were heading in the direction of the street on the other side of those houses (because he heard it on his police radio) and would probably catch the suspect, so Los decided to return to his house on Queen Ann Lane .... finally gets back....... and in all that time, the victim just got as far as the front lawn and was heading to Los' house to knock on his door. I would have ran to the closest neighbor's door, not down a small hill naked, exposed for the suspect to see me and where the suspect may still be around (Los said she was unaware of the chase), which would have been too scary.
Los said he gave up his chase because he knew the cops would probably catch the suspect on the other side of those houses. I wonder why Los believed the cops knew exactly in what area the suspect ran, since Los himself didn't even know until the moment he got there. When Los first called the police emergency number, he didn't even know he was going to be chasing anyone.
These things just make me wonder. Just like I wonder how he heard a loud T-H-U-D that came from the inside of his neighbor's house, by the front door, which was on the opposite side of the house from where he sat reading a book. The neighbor's bedroom was at the opposite end of the house from the front door, at street level, with a sliding glass door that opened up to the backyard. At the end of that yard was Los' yard, and at the end of Los' yard was the back of his two story home, and up on the 2nd floor, was where Los sat reading his book by his open window in his bedroom, when he heard a loud thud.
I wish he would just give some DNA. Then no amount of wondering would even matter. I bet if he was just a regular guy, LE would have done that by now.
