The fact that he is so fast and agile also shows how young he is.  Old people just don't move like that.  The small percentage of adults that can move like that tend to be highly trained professionals and they are not making crank calls.

The fact that he is taking only little things tells me that he does not have transportation or a private place of his own to keep larger items.  It is not until attack #38 that he takes a large quantity of stuff and it is as if he is setting up house for the first time. 

Don't let people on the board tell you your ideas are not valid.  Your ideas are just as valid as anyone else's but it helps if you provide a basis for your thoughts.

So you can tell how old someone sounds when they are whispering? Good for you that’s quite a skill because in reality with the exception of the very young or very old , voice is a terrible indicator of age. Also I wouldn’t quite classify the “gonna kill you call” as a crank call for laughs but a continuation of his attack on his victim’s psyche. I think there is a distinguishable difference between the two. He took little things as trophies. He often left money or took only smaller amounts. What young person or any person whose motive was robbery would do that. He didn’t attack to rob his victims. He obviously was not money motivated so that’s an indicator of nothing. When he tells the girl he is waiting for his parents to get home, that’s the girl he asks if he knows her from college. He’s trying to make her think they are the same age. At the very least he is the same age as her, not a young teen. Kat Winters thinks his sex acts are those of an experienced individual and I agree with those sentiments. He’s does not seem like he’s trying them for the first time but doing what he prefers to them. And lastly his agility. We’re still talking someone in there young to mid 20’s. At that age you are stronger and more likely more agile than a teen. Nobody said he was “old” whatever you mean by that. I’ll go along with someone as young as 18 when he started although that’s far younger than I really think he was but to think he was mid teens? There’s just not one bit of evidence that supports such an assertion.

he was seen plenty of times prowling without a ski mask if it was him.. but somebody did see him 100 % sure because he stalked the neighbourhoods where he was attacking and on of these witnesses saw him..

The only "for sure" sightings were when he was seen by the victims. They know for sure he was the perp. All the other purported sightings are just purported.

Yeah he could have been a youngster from Carmichael. Maybe a kid whose mom worked nights and he was unsupervised. Who quizzed out of high school so he had a lot of free time. Had to be very smart for his age, though.

Being very young would place him below the radar screen of LE.

The youngest convicted rapist was 12.

This guy was able to identify and steal fine China. That's not something a 16 year old is going to do. This guy was already a seasoned cat burglar for many years. He knew how to ID it and presumably where to fence it. Fine China is not a small trophy he can easily hide and use to reminisce. He was selling that.

He was arrested for an arson at Capehart Military Housing in Antelope/North Highlands. He took "souvenirs" and progressed to serial rape. His parents never asked or suspected what he was up to and never questioned his long absences. He raped several females in and around Travis AFB and Solano College. He was imprisoned for seven years, and was murdered shortly after his release. DO NOT discount the possibility that EAR/ONS/GSK was in high school (I think Cordova HS)! His quirkiness, thought process, and patterns of speech, sound very much like EAR/ONS/GSK. He was CONSUMNED with sex and girls. It's virtually all he ever talked about. I am also a mental health professional and I have worked in several state mental hospitals. I think EAR/ONS/GSK was VERY young when he started.

I'm guessing he would be in the 1972-1978 Cordova HS yearbooks.

I believe the EAR was either just about to turn 17 years old in June 1976, or already turned 17 either in June or shortly after. I theorize this because of the signs of immaturity he exhibited in those early attacks, wearing ridiculous get-ups and carrying around a sword on his side. Also, his blazon behavior, such as walking away rather than running, with no pants on, following an altercation with a mother, just like a rebellious teenager.
