Well I did clearly support two options. Volunteer the DNA or make it required for obtaining a drivers licence. In any case the DNA would not be public like I stated. It would be stored for those in civil, criminal and federal crimes.
They have already started this program with inmates at participating prisons. Offer tax break incentive for those who volunteer their DNA. (state and federal) For those who don't want to comply with the requirements to obtain a drivers licence will be doing a lot of car pools or walking.
I do not think it would be more expensive to setup compared to the amount of government funds set aside/spending as well as FBI resources for millions of cases.
Every county has a health department that confidentially collects data and reports from individual's health care providers with infectious diseases and sexually transmitted diseases to the CDC. This program would be no different in terms of cost effectiveness and highly beneficial in various methods as well.
So, you're giving driver license only if one submits DNA. That's beyond civil rights infringement. It's extortion. I have a F* right to drive, if I'm able to. Look, you think very dangerously.
Like I stated. You have a right to engage in sexual activity right? If you contract and STD you go to the doctor. The doctor reports to CDC and they maintain a collective database of these people and their sex lives. They even require them to contact their previous partners and refrain from further sexual activity. How is this any different and thinking dangerously?
