I believe that Brian or Katie saw EAR peeping or lurking in someone's yard. At that moment (in EAR's mind at least) they had to be executed and eliminated as potential witnesses. This is much more probable than a planned hit where it is done in the street and in someone's backyard. If it was a planned hit why not kill them at home? Less witnesses and less chance for the victims to escape.
We have four characters I will call them K, B, S1,S2
You said I believe that Brian or Katie saw EAR peeping or lurking in someone's yard. At that moment (in EAR's mind at least) they had to be executed and eliminated as potential witnesses.
Am i to understand you don't believe there was an S2 ? It was perhaps a witness mistake. Not four but only three people K,B,S1 ?
Cause if you believe there were four and one S1 was Ear and he was "peeping" while accompanied by S2
Then it must mean you believe he wasn't acting alone in his peeping or at least this one time wasn't alone??
You believe he was acting in tandem?
For your statement "Brian or Katie saw EAR peeping" to work in a S1 S2 scenario
Then Ear S1 must have been in cahoots with unknown perpetrator S2 Or is there something i am missing?
Not trying to pick apart your statement "Brian or Katie saw EAR peeping" as many share this belief.
I only chose your statement cause i know you think things through that i will receive an intelligent clarification
