I would also point out that just because we don't know something for sure does not mean that it is not likely to be true. Due to way that the papers were found, as well as their content, it is unlikely that they were a plant, and it is likely that they were left by the EAR. It is also unlikely that he made up the story about his teacher. As for (d)(e)and (f) why not focus on Rancho Cordova first there are many indications that he grew up there. It would be fairly easy to look at all of Mr. S.'s male students from the early to mid 1960's. If it doesn't pan out then cast a wider net.
