The facts regarding the physical appearance so far:
9/3/73 8:15pm. Subject was spotted in flower bed looking in complaintant's bedroom window. Described as WMA, 25 years old, short cut blond hair, clean shaven with a round face.
9/10/73 615 W. Kaweah 9pm. A separate complaintant at a different residence was walking to her car which was parked at the curb in front of her house. Observed a subject exit from the backyard of her home. Subject observed her standing by her car and turned back towards her house and yelled "Catch you later, Sandy!" and then jogged northbound on Stevenson St from Kaweah. Described as WMA, 20-30 years old, 5'10" to 5'11", medium build, short cut blond hair, with a round face. Complaintant mentioned having a prowler problem for two months previous and on 10/10/73 at 10pm along with two friends observed the same suspect looking in a sliding glass door at the rear of the home.
12/12/75 Det. McGowen witnessed suspect remove mask, described as blond with round, smooth face. A sketch was made of the suspect.
1/28/76 14 yr old female living at 600 S. Burke Street. She stated on Sunday 1/18/76 at approximately 11:00 PM she and her sister were sitting in the family room watching television. She looked up and observed a white male adult looking in the window. She stated that when the subject noticed that he had been discovered, he turned and walked away, last seen northbound out of the backyard. She described the subject as being in his early twenties, 5'11" 190 lbs., light colored short cut hair and with a round face. She described him as being light complected and thought he was weraing a dark green army jacket.
Blue chip stamp clerk - man came into blue chip stamp redemption store periodically with numerous stamp books for redemption, refused to give address and phone number, clerk witnessed subject's impatient, moody temper. Subject started in 1973, stopped in Sep 1975 (after Snelling murder). A sketch was made of the suspect.
Four individuals gave same description: blond, short hair, round smooth face. Does anyone have any factual evidence to dispute this description? Has anyone seen or can provide a copy of the sketch made due to the description provided by the blue chip stamp clerk?
