Worthless Scumbag Dylann Roof Prosecutors Seek Death Penalty

This man deserves the death penalty and I am personally for cruel and unusual punishment in his case! His disgusting cowardice act is absolutely worthy of a Federal Hate Crime as per our statutes in our law of the land. May Dylann Roof not rest in peace and be subjected to more hell than his victims endured.

i hate to bring this up in the same thread as again a worthless racist psychopath but it needs to be said. A few months ago a black man raped a white woman and then doused her with gasoline and then proceeded to watch her "burn alive". When they asked the subject why he did what he did he responded by stating "I hate white crackers and until they all perish along with the Jews the superior black race cannot dominate the world"! Nice right? And we wonder why anything isnt off limits anymore!

Now what I just quoted is no factious story. A woman was raped and set on fire! I wouldn't make the long leap of faith just because she was white that this crime occurred. But what about his subsequent comments? How is this not a hate crime ladies and gentlemen because I gottta tell I am beyond *ed off! My boiling point is well passed 360F! 


Dylann Roof deserves to die for assassinating innocent black church goers because they were black. That is revolting, despicable and BTW toss his ass overboard in a hurricane while we are at it! But why does The FBI lack the testicles to call what happened to the latter woman who was raped and torched a hate crime? Someone please educate me here? Whether or not he gets the death penalty is not my point. I am hopeful he does BTW. Why is there no hate crime when it is black on white crime? Even my black friends are shaking their heads on this one! I am not one of these "Well they have a Miss Black America so lets have a Miss White America"! First that response is a tit for tat 2 year old child's response if someone gets a better toy than them. I really don't care about The NAACP or Ebony Magazine. If there are organizations that highlight causes for different ethnicities fine. This is not my beef. We are talking about justice and equality for all! This is politics pure and simple and lawmakers should be ashamed of themselves applying a double standard here! I want to know who makes these decisions because I am ready to go straight to The US Congress on behalf of both blacks and whites and exact some hate crime justice of my own! We cannot coexist when we have a Justice Department who lacks a pair to do the right thing and when to do it! If you want me to cite another example of a black on white incident that was obviously a hate crime I will! I don't want to name names but this "political correctness" bullshit has to stop and now! Hate crime is probably just a political euphemism that was designed to get the enactors elected and anyone who voted against it would lose reelection. At best it is arguably a tool to protect minority groups, but whether or not it is successful is debatable.

I agree with you though that the motivation is one of the most important factors in a case. That will tell you if it is a one time mistake or something that would happen again and again. The guy you describe sounds like a paranoid schizophrenic, but as to punishmentI'm still with you 100 percent. This sounds a little bit like the Lee Rigby case from England.

Just your typical double standard that this country is known for. Kind of like the black kid from Iowa College that said he was attacked by three whites and was the victim of a hate crime because they called him the dreaded 'N word.'

Wimpy college kids protested and complained campus security didn't alert them fast enough, even though it happened off campus. Students were offered counseling if they were upsetted by the news of the incident lol. The F.B.I. even stepped in like it was 1960's Indianna.

Lo and behold it turned out the kid made it up after video footage showed him starting the fights and he was drunk off his ass. Was he arrested for a false report or expelled? Nope. This loser had to have his dad release a statement to the media and apologize for him. Now, if it was a white kid that said he was attacked by three blacks it wouldn't have made the news. If it did, and after he was found out to be fibbing, the media would have painted him to look like Adolf Hitler. He most certainly would have been charged.

These millenial college kids that think they are so sensitive and intelligent are really pathetic, ignorant pussys. I hope none of them read this comment and have to seek counseling because their feelings got hurt.

I think when it is all said and done, Dylan Roof will have some type of mental defect that prevents him from receiving the ultimate punishment. Wasn't he praying with his victims before he shot them? That is a new twist. But hate crime as we all know was passed to protect minority groups, although not part of the language, and by definition is not going to be used to prosecute minorities.  Therefore, there is an argument that it violates the equal protection clause of the 14th amendment.  At some point you could say, gee, there have been 100's of Caucasian people prosecuted under the law, but zero Hispanics, African-Americans, etc., therefore it is being applied unjustly.

Well I am a minority in Miami! Dylann Roof's actions are hate, racist, disgusting trash and he just needs to be put down period! I just want consistency and I am by no means comparing what Roof did to other black on white crimes. But the one I mentioned above was about as bad as it gets. I mean The FBI stands for "Justice". At least it did so why the hypocrisy? I will say that my black friends totally agree that it is a double standard. The agreement is pretty much unanimous so why the inaction?

I think even the mention of race divides us. I love politically correct white folks who say "I dont have a racist bone in my body". Let me tell you something we ALL have prejudice thoughts to some extent in our lives. I am not getting into specifics here. What is funny is how people try to go out of their way to fit in. All you have to do is be yourself and honest. People see through the other nonsense the majority of the time.

I do notice that my nieces and nephews will not listen to modern music. Which I am convinced BTW is basically putrid. Movies aren't much better either! I see your point not a "domestic terrorist" in the vein of .... Timothy McVeigh. But more like a terrorist of someone's home ... a "home invasion terrorist."  The term "serial home invader" is sufficiently frightening, if you ask me though. With respect to hate crimes, it just seems too much of a political hot potato, and just about nobody wants to prosecute a minority with this law; a law enacted to protect minorities.  Probably in our lifetime, it will eventually be overturned as being unconstitutional as applied not as written.  You know as an example of the worthlessness of hate crimes, with respect to Dylann Roof, South Carolina announced that they intended to seek the death penalty before the Feds. stepped in. Yet they stepped in despite knowing that South Carolina would have a better chance of a death verdict, anyway.

The act itself is named the James L. Byrd Jr. and Matthew Shepard Hate Crime Prevention Act of 2009. That should be all you need to know it's a dead giveaway.
