Sorry, reviewed this not done well. Was hoping to piece this out through discussion. Here it is with the Mad is the word info. as well (posted this portion on Redditt) Sorry just a ton to process.
Lets try again.
EAR plants papers between Iron Horse Trail and Osage Park. At minimum a commom misdirect, if figured out a major taunt to LE.
He uses Zodics Mt Diablo Map (corrected to true north, as directed) This moves compass to approximate location of where Danville papers are found. Note compass setting on location is 6 degrees. (attached)
Found by LE one 12/9/78.
Mad is the Word 6th grade- Why are we taking this at face value? Everything is a misdirect or double meaning. So another meaning or use for 6th grade is found in Morals and Dogma of the Ancient and Accepted Scottish Rite of Freemasonry 1871.

EAR writes that he is in the sixth grade ( or sixth degree matching compass location) This is a tedious read but what i find is the connection with common phrases or words matching each grade.
We find the papers as EAR and if you believe that EAR is also VR and ONS then , VR=5th grade and ONS=7th grade. (and we can address 3rd and 4th grades later.)
I think we will all agree with this at its basic form.
VR MO- Ransack, throw underwear, petty theft
EAR MO- Ransack, rape, petty theft
ONS MO- Ransack, rape, murder, petty theft.
As he "graduates" to the next form he elevates his grade. VR 5th, EAR 6th, ONS 7th.
The interesting thing is how these grades from the Morals and Dogma have words and phrases and meanings that match each corresponing MO.
A few examples. Goto link it is set on 6 grade (or degrees) goto 7th Grade Provost and Judge. for a sample read the two paragraphs under P.129, the paragraph above P.131 and the final paragraph. If you know the ONS cases well there seems to be more than a few connections.
The Punishment Map- Interesting connection to Morals and Dogma 3rd grade P.86 ( is this Forty Seventh Proposition unfolding off the T on punishment?
The Custer Essay connection- Custer used Osage (Osage Park) indian guides in the battle of Washita River against Black Kettle in the US Indian wars. Osage Indian Murders in the 1920,s. FBI,s first big case. Not handeled well.
Just some strange connections. Was hoping for some feedback if you have the time.
Thanks
