I do think that, buts its too simplistic to say its just that. We just have to give a mechanism for why this happens in a scientific/psychological setting which is nature/nurture and likely most of the latter.
What is a phenotype? Phenotypes result from the expression of an organism's genes as well as the influence of environmental factors and the interactions between the two.
There is no support for strict biological determinism in the biological and psychological sciences. None. No textbook has it. No peer-review journal will carry it.

Again I would strongly advise you think about what you are saying. A gene for criminal behaviour? There is no such thing, no precedence for such a thing and a lot of biological research that says abandoned that line of thought which I shall do also.
