Lets not forget to discuss 85% of my previous post:
'I cant believe that LE didn't examine the broken branches of the brush to determine how long they had been broken!? it's easy to tell if a branch had just been broken or if it had been broken 3 days earlier! Also it had rained and there was still traces of diesel/kerosene fuel on the grass leading too or from the car, would there still be fuel after it rained? (I know diesel fuel is hard to wash away). Cigarette butts & matches were also found at the scene and no description of them is given by LE, cigarette butts swell up if they are exposed to water, as does matches... if the cig butts & matches do not show any signs of being wet, this means the car may not have been on the parkway for 3 days."
Did LE ever report on any of this?
