Theory: Kevin Coe involved in Sarda Way or EAR Series?

A Framing Offender:
It is a curious thing when you begin to educate yourself on the VR/EAR series of crimes how you become drawn into the sideshows such as the Zodiac, EMR, many unsolved cold cases, let me just mention Sinclair/Best. This is, of course, for obvious reasons. That being the many law enforcement officers and citizens who have found there to be compelling links between many of these crimes. One link that I find interesting is the recurring theme of framing that seems apparent across these events.
Zodiac - There are opinions that exist yet today that Arthur Leigh Allen was framed. When you read about witness testimony of behaviors and actual statements that Allen made you instantly think, IT WAS HIM, IT HAD TO BE. And yet the DNA, the fingerprints, the palm prints, they don't match. I can't ignore those last bits of inconvenient evidence. I don't believe it was him. And yet, how did he appear such a perfect match, as if he himself scripted the plot that played out in the deaths of these young people. One easy explanation is that it was someone who played the role, who knew the script, who likely knew or knew a lot about Allen. A brilliant way to get away with it. The amount of resources poured into investigating, the energy wasted on the speculating, the preformed opinions that could not be altered even yet today. Framing is powerful. In the meantime, as it all plays out the trail gets colder by the day, the months, the years.
VR - The loot dropped in his parents yard, the invoice book, the supposed obscene comments and pornographic approaches to young women the same day from a white pickup truck wearing offender. It would have been carelessness in the extreme for someone bent on evil intentions on 12-26-75. Oscar Clifton was a busy working man that day even if he wasn't one of society's finest upstanding gentlemen. He had evening plans, he had corroborating testimony on his whereabouts, buried though it became. Bennies Arnel Galloway also comes to mind. Something about that case, picked up on his voice, confessed but I just think something stinks there. Home invasions, wore a mask, spent hours with his victims. No pictures of a youthful Bennies to be found anywhere and some really top notch investigators have likewise come up blank on that. I don't like it. Those fake sounding Mexican accents in the EAR series. That framing here in the VR picture.......hmmmm.
EAR - Another bag of loot dropped, this time in a mother's bedroom of the next door neighbor who admittedly did like to watch from his perch in his bedroom. But we know it wasn't him, even LE knew it looked like a garbage suspect. Why in his mother's bedroom, perhaps that says more about the actual offender than anything else, it certainly didn't prove guilt of this poor framed kid who only wanted to be helpful, 'hey, I found this bag of jewels'. Arthur Prosser (or Pinkton if you prefer), Walther, so many others in the EAR series, 'Carlos' - 'The EAR is trying to frame me', always that recurring theme, framing, framing, framing.
Best/Sinclair - That poor ARC student KL with the dead dog, tried three times but they couldn't prove it. Maybe that was because he didn't do it! Automotive engineering student, yet we are supposed to believe he is stupid enough to dump his murder victims the same place he buried his dead dog? Sure, he had some petty offenses in his history, but he seemed on a good track and murder and petty offense don't equate, anyone knows that. And how about that Nevada businessman that phoned in the tip. I know a Nevada 'businessman' who Framed!
SHR - Poor Blake Mounsey! Charged with a 7//30/79 rape of a co-ed in a nearby college town, he may have done that, we cannot know. His trial was widely publicized in advance in the Spokane newspapers. Here is a link to legal information on his appeal. courts.mrsc.org/appellate/031wnapp/031wnapp0511.htm You can draw your own conclusions but fast forward to 12/1979. As there is widespread publicity of his pending trial a rape just happens to occur in Spokane, right across the street from his house. Maybe he was stupid enough to do the first deed, but dumb enough to commit rape across the street from his house right before his trial?
I am not dumb enough to believe that one. His mother truly believed he was framed and believed she knew who did it, a jogger that 'jogged slowly past the Mounsey house one icy morning and acted so interested that he'd turned and jogged past again'. No one believed that a rapist would deliberately transfer 'his guilt to another man', 'too far-fetched'. But we know better now don't we? And honestly, the first rape of the co-ed has Coe stamped all over it, IMO. Framed!
And so it goes, series after series, heinous crimes, evidence of framing. In his sophisticated attempts to divert attention away from his actions, to transfer suspicion, to create endless rabbit trails for those investigating his crimes, he destroyed many more lives, and in the process he left a long trail of bread crumbs behind!
Update: After reading as much as is available on the town of Cheney attack that Mounsey was convicted for I find good reason to doubt that he ever committed a rape and evidence that points heavily to Coe. The forensics were botched as it appeared they used up their sample just looking for sperm leaving no sample for another crucial test they needed. Perhaps that was because due to low sperm count they were unable to visualize any under the microscope. Since they expected to find it they kept looking and burning up their sample. In the online report they don't state what finally came of the search. This would of course fit with Coe's low sperm count. It does very much appear as another successful frame up by the EAR, oops I mean SHR.
