Kevin Coe's education history, radio school San Francisco 1968.
Educational History The PSI, Case No. 81-1-00230-8, 11-09-81, indicated, "Mr. Coe attended the Wilson and Comstock Grade School in Spokane. He went to Sacajawea Junior High School until the ninth grade and Lewis and Clark High School, also in Spokane, until the 121h grade. He went to Washington State University at Pullman for his first two years of college and then went to work." It was noted that he attended a radio and engineering school for two months, and graduated from a radio and engineering program after two months in Huntington Beach, California. The Page (04-02-91) evaluation indicated Mr. Coe graduated from high school in 1965. Following his high school graduation, he matriculated to Washington State University from 1965 to 1967. He then transferred to Gonzaga University where he attended a semester before he transferred to radio schools in California. In the interview with Dr. Wetzler (05-12-81), Mr. Coe discussed his school history. He reported getting "good grades," and said that "Bs came easily," and it COE, Frederick "Kevin" DOC No. 279538 Page 60 was "no effort to do better." He denied being expelled from school. He described sports as being important to him. He said in his senior year he had a 3.0 grade point average. At Washington State University where he attended for a year, he had a 2.5 grade point average and then transferred to Gonzaga University, but found that he did not like it, and he stated he was not sure why he quit. He said he was bored with college but he did not want to be drafted, and he got involved in radio and television work. He then went to a four-month course in San Francisco in radio and television .
The Page evaluation (04-02-91) indicated Mr. Coe worked in college for a time as a radio announcer. He then attended school in San Francisco and Huntington Beach area in radio broadcasting in 1968.
