From the release of the new composite in April , replacing the "older" composite with the younger suspect-
Some questions
and
some possibilities that have carried limited coverage.
The new sketch released in April/19 of a much “younger” suspect was originally created 3 days after the victims were recovered.
Is this sketch from video analysis, eyewitness accounts or an amalgam of both?
Why would a sketch base on any of the above take more than two years to release?
Is that the gait and voice of an eighteen year old?
Any follow up with potential contact through Libertys science classes at Purdue?
or
Acquaintances with the adults in both girls lives through religious organizations?
Some possibilities-
The video and audio recording are recordings of recordings. These are bull.. plants by ( 3 of them) the killer to mislead.
Recordings left on a victims phone left on scene by chance? He goes to extremes, taking time to leave these bodies in a sacrificial state, staged with religious overtones , yet forgets to grab a phone.
Not a chance encounter- This was planned and either one or both of the girls had arranged a predetermined meeting. Mislead by intent they followed the killer to the crime scene. Another reason to discount a younger suspect, the girls would have been less threatened by an older man/woman.
The killer was not local. Look at statistics for two children being involved in a kidnapping that resulted in a double homicide. One stat ( needs verification) - From 1974-2017 only 15 of these incidents have happened.
Same suspect responsible for the Cook/Collins 2012 incident. Both occurred on the 13th of the month, one places bodies at Seven Bridges, the other at Monon High Bridge. A reoccurring symbol?
