10/12/86- 1989 “Liberty Security” multiple victims in series of CPK . Numerous persons, Family and suspects potentially linked to this company.

Stated to two victims of Mr Cruel.

German / Williams dropped off at trail head 1:35 pm. On Monon bridge- in Monochromatic filter, and parallel tracks posted by LIbby 2:07 pm= 32 min

This is not an amateur , this took years to develop.
This construct took the “UNKNOWN” participation of Libby and Abi.
It is possible- Libby and Abi thought that they were participating in an ARG or simply a modern form of a CSI scavenger hunt. The meeting at the bridge was just another chapter in multiple contacts with an unknown individual.
