Why are the first crimes labeled guilty, and the following crimes labeled 'admitted'? What does admitted mean that isn't guilty?

i dont know exactly either his stepsister or stepmother was living in RC since 73 close to attack #3 and #1 so he had connections to RC before being hired for auburn PD.

He admitted to them because he did them. The prosecutorial window has closed on them but admitting to all his crimes that were not chargeable (hence pleas of guilty were entered) was part of the deal. He admitted to them because he raped those individuals.
