The above is NOT MY title ... it's some journalist's.
This journalist posted the above-titled appeal via the Santa Barbara CraigsList five days ago as a prompt to try to get the EAR/ONS to tell his story. This journalist worked in Carmichael, a Sacramento suburb North/NW of Rancho Cordova. AND, he claims, the EAR/ONS is from Carmichael, too? What does HE/SHE know that others don't regarding that?
