Ok - I went and found all my saved presumed BTK postings on Kansas.com. I had posted them in a BTK discussion on Tom's site:
Maybe the case would be solved or in better hands if the Wichita Police were not devoting so
much to it. maybe another agency should take over.
The Wicita Police (tax collectors) can spend some more time clogging up streets w/ check points
& speed traps.
Gangs & serial killers do not plague this great & modern town the way non-seatbelt wearers do &
those pesky creeps who drive in morning rush hour so that they can get to work to support thier
families & pay taxes.

This is just because the Wichita cops have the primary goal of raising $. It is easy to accomplish
this by having speed traps & check points. The side of thier cars should say Wichita Tax
Collectors.
If they somehow solve a crime along the way it justifies thier existence. Seems kind of funny t me
that a serial killer can toy with them, & a sexual harassment suit can hang over the department &
the chief can get a raise. I think that he is good @ raising money & getting into citizen's pockets.

I have said for a good long time that instead of speed traps, enforcing the housing code would be
a better wat to make $ & clean up the town. I, for one, am glad that the city is enforcing housing
code.
I would hope that @ least a little touch-up paint & the removal of delapidated vehicles is in order.
I am thinking of driving around & calling in BTK leads just to clean up this ugly town.
MY PLEAD TO WICHITANS:
NO MORE PILES OF JUNK ON YOUR PORCHES
NO MORE UNPAINTED OR MULTI COLORED HOUSES
MOW YOUR DAMN LAWNS
PUT SHINGLES ON YOUR ROOVES
HAVE SOME RESPECT FOR YOUR NEIGHBORS
YOUR HOUSE IS MOST LIKELY YOUR BIGGEST INVESTMENT & YOUR NEIGHBORS
AS WELL. PLEASE HAVE SOME RESPECT.
