Wasn't there also dog beating incident in a home according to Shelby in Sac, but a couple of posters here claim it's not in the records and that his memory is wonky? Just sayin'.
Reports aren't always generated. They're supposed to be, but they aren't. Some convicted serial rapists with zero clout were getting pretty light sentences.
It was guessting and port that claimed his DNA was cleared 4 times. Guessting said in 4 different jurisdictions originally.
Det. Clark and his team have thoroughly reviewed all burglary reports in the years preceding EAR in Sacramento. You should call Whitmeyer yourself to get information on the incident he described in the article at the beginning of this thread and that he has since forgotten.
I get mixed up regarding your Mr. X Y Z candidates, but the one I am thinking of had his DNA cleared independently by two jurisidictions. Is that clear enough for you?
And let me just repeat, the son of the Vice President of the United States was arrested and convicted of being a peeping tom during this time period. That should be indicative to all that sex crimes are a little harder to cover up than say, transferring money to a bank in the Cayman Islands.
Read what I posted about the serial rapist Hubbart in a thread started by F1Guyus regarding the I-80 rapist currently offending in SAcramento. That will help illuminate sentencing and release policies for serial rapists back in the day. It had nothing to do with ludicrous concepts of "political clout".
Yes, and there is supposedly no record of Shelby responding to the burglary call that involved the beating of a dog with a piece of firewood according to you and guessting. A lack of records doesn't necessarily mean something didn't happen.
I don't care to call Whitmeyer seeing as I don't particularly care whether his story is true or not.
I think everyone and his brother here have heard the numerous and frequently changing DNA clearing stories and I am well aware of some of the intricacies of his DNA clearing. Considering that the vast majority of things claimed to be quoted from LE records about him by a select few are very clearly false, then I think it shows an incredible lack of critical thinking skills or a very naïve trust in what someone reports to not question the accuracy of those reports. It reminds me of the Boy That Cried Wolf. Nevermind that the original claims that interference was run for Mr. Y was from within LE and I have seen absolutely no evidence that refutes those claims and a lot that backs what they claimed.
If that's a difficult concept, I'll make my point easier to understand; if someone knows that 9 things someone tells them are false, then they are dumb to automatically accept that the 10th thing someone tells them is true.
The Vice President's son being caught as a peeper sure was an embarrassment, but not on par with the ramifications if anyone in Mr. Y's position was caught as a serial rapist or killer. To insist otherwise, imo, shows a lack of understanding the government and political process surrounding people with his status and a lack of understanding that some will go to great lengths to serve their own self-interest with no regard to those who will or have been harmed.
